In this episode (007), I continue part 2 of the interview with Silke Herwald, who is a grief specialist and works with people who are grieving the loss of their beloved dogs. Silke takes me through an exercise to demonstrate the power of a tool she uses to help dog parents grieve more resourcefully. I personally experienced a powerful shift. We discuss considerations of when and if to get another dog after the loss of a beloved dog, as well as what can be useful to say to a friend who is grieving the loss of their dog.
